Requirements
Lead and support field and office staff Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate employees Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction Oversee operations for Sacramento and San Leandro offices Support project managers with technical guidance and problem-solving Review reports, documentation, invoices, and timesheets Attend pre-construction meetings and help forecast project challenges Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and inspector assignments Collaborate with leadership to improve productivity, quality, and profitability
