The Houston, TX office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an E-Billing Analyst with legal billing experience. The E-Billing Analyst will have excellent communication skills and a high level of professional service to clients, management, attorneys and other staff in order to effectively, efficiently and successfully troubleshoot E-Billing issues. The E-Billing Analyst must resolve all eBilling rejections, with the exception of any categories that fall under the biller's scope. The E-Billing Analyst will work with E-Billing vendor sites for E-Billing related to insurance defense and other matters; will research and resolve E-Billing related inquiries and discrepancies. This position will also assist and follow through with any ad hoc requests assigned by the Billing Management Team.
