Operations Coordinator / Field Operations Manager (HVAC & Remediation)
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator / Field Operations Manager to support our HVAC and Remediation divisions. This role is a key operational leader responsible for enhancing communication, accountability, training coordination, fleet and equipment readiness, paperwork compliance, and overall field efficiency.
The ideal candidate has experience in construction, restoration, remediation, HVAC, or a similar field service environment, and is comfortable supporting both office and field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Review timesheets and job documentation for accuracy and compliance
Serve as a communication bridge between office and field staff
Oversee truck inventory and equipment readiness
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and inspections
Support employee onboarding and training initiatives
Monitor operational performance and accountability
Assist with job scheduling and workflow management
Qualifications:
Experience in construction, restoration, remediation, HVAC, or field operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience managing crews or service operations
Ability to improve processes and drive efficiency
High attention to detail and accountability
This role collaborates closely with ownership, office staff, field supervisors, and technicians to improve operational efficiency and profitability across both divisions.
Compensation:
$35.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
