GreenXT is seeking a Vice President of Navy Programs with a strong background and understanding of the Navy's mission, as well as experience with Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Headquarters (HQ) and the associated Program Executive Offices (PEO). Working knowledge of other key Navy organizations such as the Fleet Forces and Regional Maintenance Centers is essential. This position will work to provide operations management support, strategic direction and leadership to the GreenXT Operations Division. The successful candidate will create efficiencies, develop comprehensive solutions, and mentor program management staff. This position will also work to bring in new business opportunities, assist in the preparation of winning proposals, and transition contract wins to execution.
