The Driver Lead will oversee the distribution and transportation of goods both between branches and from the branches to the customer in their assigned region. Oversees delivery of orders to customers using Johnstone-provided vehicles as needed. Leads assigned region's delivery team by ensuring daily delivery routes are executed accurately and on time. Assists Delivery and Route Manager to meet goals and objectives for delivery and customer experience. This leader demonstrates a high level of communication, leadership, and planning skills as well as the ability to make effective decisions and manage quality service.
