Job description
Wire Processor / Production – South Bend AreaJoin a growing manufacturing company that produces high-quality springs for the automotive industry. We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to fill Wire Processor / General Labor positions. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that is planning significant expansion in the coming years.Pay Rate: $19.00/hour All Shifts Available Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Important: Candidates must be able to train on 1st Shift for 6–8 weeks before moving to their assigned shift.Responsibilities:
  • Operate manufacturing and wire processing equipment
  • Perform quality inspections and measurements
  • Follow production schedules and safety procedures
  • Support various manufacturing departments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure
  • Basic computer skills
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Die setter experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Steel-toed boots required
Requirements:
  • Must pass E-Verify
  • Basic background check
  • 4-panel drug screen
  • Weekend overtime may be required on a rotating schedule
