Job Title: Ecommerce Associate Location: 5100 Tice Street (Fort Myers, FL)Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time availableGoodwill Southwest Florida is seeking an Ecommerce Associate to support all areas of the Ecommerce department. This position is responsible for preparing, researching, listing, packaging, and fulfilling online orders while maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and customer service. The ideal candidate can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment to support Ecommerce operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Meet or exceed daily productivity goals and quality standards established by the Ecommerce Manager.Accurately represent merchandise through photographs, item descriptions, UPC scans, and documentation of damages, imperfections, or defects.Research items online using multiple sources and perform routine tasks according to established procedures while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.Package orders accurately and prepare merchandise for shipment or local pickup.Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers while fostering a positive team environment.Follow all Goodwill policies, department procedures, and safety regulations.Work a flexible schedule based on business needs and perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience with eBay, Amazon, or other online marketplace platforms preferred.Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to research information online using multiple websites.Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Ability to listen to and follow instructions.Ability to exercise good judgment, patience, and understanding.Knowledge of basic math skills.Ability to stand for extended periods of time and independently stoop, bend, kneel, push, and pull.Ability to read fine print and engravings and recognize colors.Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds.Ability to occasionally work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
