Clinical Director
We're hiring a Clinical Director who wants to lead one of the nation's most innovative programs serving adults with severe mental illness while helping build the future of behavioral healthcare.
You'll oversee an established outpatient program serving 100200 active members across PHP, IOP, and maintenance levels of care. This role combines clinical leadership, team development, admissions oversight, quality improvement, and direct influence on patient outcomes.

What makes you a great fit
You hold an active California LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PMHNP, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist license
You have experience leading clinical teams and supervising clinicians
You have worked with severe mental illness, addiction, inpatient psychiatry, residential treatment, PHP, IOP, or community mental health populations
You are comfortable balancing clinical leadership and operational accountability
You enjoy mentoring clinicians and improving systems of care
You are willing to step in and support patients when needed
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $140,000$165,000+
