TSI Federal is seeking a Proposal Developer/Technical Writer. General purpose of the proposal/technical writer will develop the company's response to RFP's (Request for Proposals) by the Government. We are seeking an individual that can succinctly communicate the company's core capabilities, experience and expertise in a manner that best represents the company as a qualified service provider for the purpose of securing competitive bids. The writer must have the capability of working with minimal supervision.
