Your Day-to-Day:

As a Full-Time Direct Support Professional, you'll:

• Support residents with daily living skills, creating an environment where they can thrive.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Accompany residents to appointments and community activities, enhancing their social engagement.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
• Provide flexible support across both memory care homes, assisting wherever needed. This position is not assigned to a single home but will adapt to support either home based on staffing and resident needs.

Requirements:

Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who:

• Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required).
• Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
• Are able to pass a Live scan and health screen.
• Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years.
• Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.

Working Hours:

This position supports our Level 4 Memory Care Unit across two homes.

Our current openings have the following schedules:

• Friday – Monday; 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Friday – Monday; 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Schedules are provided 1-2 weeks in advance.
