Director of Community Relations
Job Summary:
Hampton Manor (locations in Ocala & Belleview), a reputable provider of quality care and services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our assisted living team in Ocala, Florida area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective community relations strategies to maintain a positive reputation and foster strong relationships with our community stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community relations strategies to promote Hampton Manor's mission and values
Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders, organizations, and businesses
Coordinate and participate in community outreach events, sponsorships, and partnerships
Develop and manage the community relations budget
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote Hampton Manor Deerwood's brand and services
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in community relations, marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of developing and executing successful community relations strategies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
