IT Manager

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's day-to-day information technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support services to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology solutions. This position manages IT systems, vendor relationships, technical support functions, and technology projects while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. The IT Manager collaborates with leadership to support business objectives and maintain technology systems that enable operational excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive IT experience, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience supporting network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud environments, enterprise applications, and end-user support services.
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and information security best practices.
• Experience supporting organizations subject to HITRUST certification requirements preferred.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, technology procurement, and service agreements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are preferred
