The Festival Producer (Freelance) is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to plan and execute large-scale, multi-day live events. From development and budgeting to onsite execution and reconciliation, this role oversees every stage of the festival production lifecycle. The ideal candidate is an experienced event producer with a deep understanding of operations, budget management, and team leadership, with a passion for creating unforgettable fan experiences and driving operational excellence across the board.

This is a contract role with potential for full-time employment. The project contract timeline is 7-9 months. This position is either remote or will be based in Ohio, Nashville or Los Angeles. We are open to various locations. Hybrid working schedule, 4 days in office. Remote option available.
