The Business Analyst position will foster cross-departmental collaboration to design, implement, and administer competitive agency compensation programs for Frankenmuth Insurance and its subsidiary companies. This role requires leveraging data, technology, and resources to provide tools designed to optimize agency compensation oversight and departmental reporting. Additionally, attention to detail, organization, and effective communication skills are essential for performing key job functions.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or four or more years of experience in property and casualty insurance, preferably in finance, accounting, agency administration, and/or agency compensation.
