  • Work directly with employees, third-party vendors, and internal teams to facilitate workplace accommodation, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Support the administration of health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and communication.
  • Collaborate with external partners like Aetna, WTW, Fidelity, and Delta Dental to ensure effective service delivery and communication.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline benefits processes and bring forward innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in the annual Benefits Open Enrollment process, both facilitating the process in Workday and contributing to communication efforts to enhance employee engagement and understanding.
  • Assist in compliance activities related to benefits, ensuring adherence to relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and data related to leaves, accommodations and benefits, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in benefits administration, with a focus on employee leave and accommodations.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel for managing benefits of data and identifying process improvements.
  • Knowledge of US laws governing employee benefits and accommodations, with familiarity in Canadian and/or Brazilian benefits as a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees, third-party vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex leave and accommodation cases with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proven organizational skills to prioritize and deadlines efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in benefits administration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
