As a key member of the Dean's leadership team, the Associate Dean is active in the school's distributive leadership processes. A successful candidate will be excited about supporting the Dean in managing all academic and curriculum matters in collaboration with the department chairs and program directors across the SOE. The primary responsibilities include leading the annual accreditation; curriculum and assessment for all programs; enrollment management; grant review and approval; as well as supporting faculty, staff and students.The School of Education (SOE) is a leader in innovative, high-quality programs led by dedicated faculty and staff.
