Cycle Counter

Summary:Cycle Count every location in the warehouse at least once a quarter.Location:Lockbourne, OHHourly Rate:starting $20.00/hr up to $21.31/hr at 1 year of employmentStandard Work Hours: 5AM - 1:30PMEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Cycle Count means to go to an area where inventory is located; identify the product, count the quantity at that location and enter it into PkMS.Cycle Count a specified number of inventory locations according to the prescribed quota as set by managementPerform repeat counts as dictated by management review of cycle counting dataGeneral housekeeping of the facility and specific inventory area is required to ensure inventory accuracy.Accuracy in repetitive routine is very important while maintaining good speedFollow and adhere to all safety rules including the handling of hazardous materialsProper handling and filing of inventory reports and other associated paperworkBe responsible for and operate RF scanning devices on a daily basisUnderstands and operates PkMS warehouse management system.Print, monitor and process tasks based on Crystal and PkMS report data.Able to work autonomously and independent of supervision.Occasionally operates forklift equipment - certification required.Competencies:CommunicationCustomer FocusDecision Making/JudgmentDelivers ResultsDependabilityJob Knowledge TeamworkQualificationsMust be functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing product numbers and line codes to insure proper counting of DC inventory.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
