Embrace this opportunity to grow with us as we innovate and transform our business through our strategic initiative, Block Next.A Day in Your LifeAs an Associate Team Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our retail tax office during the busy tax season. Starting with a part-time schedule in late fall, you'll transition to a full-time schedule from January through April. Help us exceed client expectations while managing daily operations with unwavering commitment.Your Responsibilities:Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader by acting as the primary point of contact for both clients and associates in the tax office.Ensure that all associates deliver exceptional client service, addressing any escalated concerns effectively.Oversee scheduling and conflict resolution for clients, collaborating closely with the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager.Lead from the front desk by providing excellent phone and in-person support to our clients.Manage daily operations”scheduling, quality control, and adherence to deadlines”while focusing on team goals.Conduct daily huddles to communicate essential updates and motivate office associates.Your Skills and Experience:Previous supervisory or management experience is a plus.A proven background in delivering outstanding customer service.Strong organizational skills to handle day-to-day office functions efficiently.A customer-centric approach combined with effective communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and general computer use.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Willingness to work a flexible 40-hour week, adapting to our business needs.A high school diploma or equivalent is required.Why Choose H&R Block?We care about our associates' well-being and provide benefits designed to support your health, financial stability, and personal growth:Employee Assistance Program with Health Advocate.Wellbeing program, BetterYou, for healthier habits.Support for neurodiversity and caregivers available.Discounts on everyday items and services.Medical coverage, 401k Retirement Savings Plan, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan available based on eligibility.Our Commitment to You:At H&R Block, we cherish diversity and strive to create a connected culture where everyone feels they belong.
