Our innovative programs enhance K-12 classrooms, fostering active learning environments through technology, personalized approaches, and immersive experiences tailored to meet diverse student needs.We are currently seeking a talented Account Executive to drive sales of our Supplemental, Acceleration, and Assessment products across various educational institutions. You will be focusing on products such as iLit, SuccessMaker, SIOP, Savvas' Math & Literacy Screener and Diagnostic Assessments, and more. In this role, you will build relationships, develop a robust sales pipeline, and work with schools and districts to implement comprehensive support systems.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic market sales plans to achieve targets.Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, RFPs, and program information.Collaborate with Account General Managers and Specialists to enhance performance within the Supplemental, Acceleration, and Assessment line.Cultivate an understanding of customer needs to help drive their goals and support student outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or equivalent experience; advanced degrees in Education or Technology preferred.Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or K-12 education, particularly with ELL/Intervention students.Strong knowledge of field sales and marketing best practices within the Intervention and Supplemental markets.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office applications.Additional Skills:Ability to implement strategic business plans and adapt to changes.Proven success in sales with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills that build trust both internally and externally.Experience in providing effective presentations to diverse audiences.Travel Requirements:Significant travel within the designated territory will be necessary.About Savvas:Recognized as a top workplace, Savvas values our employees and fosters a supportive environment for professional growth.
