In this role, you will support the Branch or Regional Manager in supervising the branch staff and providing exceptional customer service. You will actively promote, sell, cross-sell, and refer our bank's products and services to both prospective and existing customers. Additionally, you will manage the opening and maintenance of various customer accounts, serving as the primary contact for resolving both routine and complex issues.Key Responsibilities:Deliver an exceptional customer experience by adhering to our service standards.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.Effectively promote and sell our bank's products and services using our customer conversation model.Assist the Branch Manager in coaching staff to increase cross-selling of bank products.Stay updated on all bank products, services, and operational systems.Manage routine maintenance and resolve complex service issues until completion.Assist customers with loan applications and guide them through the process.Meet and exceed individual production goals for retail loans and account referrals.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers.Refer customers to relevant departments and business partners.Engage actively in community involvement.Act as the primary contact in the absence of the Branch Manager.Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive environment.Complete all required training within designated time frames.Adhere to all regulatory, audit, and compliance policies.Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years in a sales and service-oriented role.At least 2 years of customer service experience.Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize effectively.Professional appearance and demeanor.Proficiency in using personal computers.Compliance with Loan Officer Requirements of the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act.2years of banking experience preferred.Previous supervisory experience is a plus.Ability to perform physical tasks including occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 10 pounds.Work environment is typically indoors with climate control.Essential Skills:Outstanding customer service and sales skills.Strong leadership abilities.Excellent oral communication and listening skills.Knowledge of banking operations, policies, and procedures.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and good judgment.
