VCA Yorba Regional Animal Hospital is a progressive, AAHA-accredited 24/7 emergency and general practice in Anaheim, CA, offering a full range of services from wellness and surgery to boarding and grooming for pets across Orange County and the surrounding region.
We are seeking a Hospital Manager to join our team. This key leadership role requires someone with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who can help us continue delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding client service.
About the Role
Under the guidance of the Field Leadership team and in partnership with the Medical Director, the Hospital Manager plays a critical role in the hospital's daily operations. This includes supporting the team, overseeing business functions, and ensuring a culture of excellence in both medical care and client service.
You'll be responsible for mentoring and developing hospital staff, managing operations and facility maintenance, supporting business growth and profitability, and helping to build a collaborative, respectful, and compassionate workplace.

We offer a variety of compensation models that provide flexibility and reward your strengths. The annualized base salary for this position typically ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, based on experience and credentials.
