Your expertise will help us tackle the complexities of commercialization in a fast-evolving landscape.Essential Functions:Business Planning & Account Leadership: Utilize digital tools and data-driven insights to create strategic opportunities, allocate resources effectively, and monitor sales performance to ensure success.Selling: Deliver clear and compelling messages to customers, effectively probe their needs, handle objections, and secure commitments to inspire behavioral change.Customer Development: Cultivate and maintain productive relationships that align customer needs with organizational goals, implementing effective account management practices.Local Market & Therapeutic Expertise: Identify and analyze market trends to uncover unique sales opportunities while applying thorough therapeutic knowledge.Reimbursement: Stay informed on reimbursement trends, proactively addressing access issues with customers and utilizing Lundbeck resources effectively.Pharmaceutical Compliance: Uphold knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and ensure adherence to Lundbeck policies and FDA guidelines in all promotional activities.REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts from an accredited institution.Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device sales, or healthcare sales experience.Capability to excel in disease and product training exams, achieving annual certification on product knowledge.Self-motivated and strong work ethic with excellent communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.Must reside within a 40-mile radius of Findlay, OH.A valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.Complying with industry-standard credentialing requirements is mandatory for continued employment.PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:Experience with specialty product sales.Experience in CNS/neuroscience product promotion, particularly related to depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.Proven successful sales track record.Ability to develop and execute integrated account plans effectively.Strong analytical skills and experience with sales data reporting tools.Experience in product launches and collaboration with alliance partners.Leadership involvement in committees or related activities.TRAVEL:Willingness to travel 30% - 40% domestically, attending external/internal meetings and engaging with customers within the assigned territory.We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, with an additional sales incentive target of $39,000.
