  • Fooda is currently recruiting for a part time Event Coordinator in our Memphis market. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.
  • Full time work with a large client in the Memphis area!

What You’ll Be Doing Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including:

  • being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve On-site Schedule: Monday through Wednesday - 9:30AM to 5:30PM & Monday through Wednesday - 4:30PM to 12:30AM Who You Are: You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer service You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know you’re capable of finding solutions You are a strong communicator and self-starter You are organized and detail oriented.
  • Type-A personality is a plus!

You’re someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car You’re looking for a steady part-time job (between 20-25 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred What We’ll Hook You Up With:
