Lead Food Service Attendant Position
Under general supervision the Food and Nutrition Services Expediter controls workflow in the main kitchen during assigned shift. The Food and Nutrition expediter is responsible that food is correctly produced and presented for the Patient Room Service program. The expediter is expected to create and maintain a positive working environment which promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction. Expedites patient orders ensuring correct diets are sent to and received by the patient. Assists in overall kitchen personnel oversight during assigned shift to include scheduling coverage, education, training, and resolving issues.

We are hiring for Lead Food Service Attendant position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!
Position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, 8-hr Variable shifts, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications:
- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
- Two (2) years progressively responsible Food and Nutrition Services experience, including at least one year in a Team Lead or equivalent role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) years college in Food and Nutrition.
