The Regional Product Manager helps drive portfolio performance across all commercial P&C lines of business within an assigned region. This role assesses portfolio health, identifies opportunities to improve profitability and growth, and delivers analysis and recommendations that impact results. This is a high-visibility role in a newly established product management function, with real influence over regional performance.

Scope: Responsible for portfolio performance across all commercial P&C lines of business within an assigned region or group of states. Shares accountability with field leadership for profitability, growth, retention, and rate adequacy. May serve as an individual contributor or manage up to three direct reports, depending on business needs. Reports to the Head of Product.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Math/Actuarial Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting quantitative data to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on that data. Minimum of 5 years of analytical work in a professional setting, with experience in property & casualty insurance. Demonstrated experience monitoring portfolio or product performance, including profitability, growth, and retention metrics, and translating results into recommendations.

Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 annually Compensation may vary depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location. In addition to base salary, compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus.
