  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, engineers, suppliers, general contractors, subcontractors, authorities having jurisdiction, and internal stakeholders.
  • Organize, lead, and represent the company in project coordination meetings, owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, schedule reviews, and internal project updates.
  • Review and approve subcontractor selections, vendor commitments, payment applications, invoices, and related project documentation.
  • Negotiate, prepare, issue, track, and execute change orders, claims, revisions, and budget adjustments resulting from changes in scope, schedule, or project conditions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billings, cash flow management, accounts receivable follow-up, and contract administration.
  • Drive timely project completion through schedule management, constraint tracking, material expediting, submittal management, request for information coordination, and field issue resolution.
  • Support commissioning, turnover, punch list completion, documentation, and owner acceptance for mission critical facilities.
  • Lead and participate in regularly scheduled project staff meetings and promote clear communication across all project stakeholders.
  • Manage the project closeout process, including final documentation, as-built information, warranties, lessons learned, and financial reconciliation.
  • Enforce and adhere to all company policies, procedures, standards, and processes applicable to this position.
  • Actively participate in internal teams focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience with mission critical, data center, electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, or building systems projects preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% based on project location and business needs.
  • Working knowledge of project plans, specifications, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, schedules, daily correspondence, drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project-related documents.
