  • Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team of Project Coordinators and Schedulers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.
  • Design and implement advanced capacity planning models, dashboards, and automated workflows to track real-time utilization trends.
  • Serve as the primary cross-functional liaison and escalation point between Sales, Delivery, and executive leadership to resolve complex resource constraints.
  • Analyze productivity and margin metrics to engineer corrective strategies that optimize workforce deployment without causing employee burnout.

Essential Skills & Experience

You have 5 to 8+ years of expertise in resource management, operations, or professional services delivery within a fast-paced environment.

You possess 2+ years of direct people leadership experience, with a proven track record of coaching operational teams, coordinators, or schedulers.
