Colorado Rural Health Center is seeking a Program Coordinator with the passion and skills to support the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) implementation and day-to-day operations coordinating program activities facilitating communication with applicants, partners, and internal team members and closely working with the RHTP Program Manager to deliver high quality technical assistance for all programs and activities within the RHTP.
CRHC is a non-profit organization that serves as the State Office of Rural Health and has been serving the state of Colorado since 1991. CRHC's mission is to enhance healthcare services in Colorado by providing information, education, linkages, tools and energy toward addressing rural healthcare issues. As an RHTP Program Coordinator, you will:
