We're seeking a dynamic and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 35 years of experience to join our growing People Experience team. In this role, you will partner closely with retail leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive employee engagement, and support a culture of growth and accountability. This position is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day employee relations.
