The Sr. Manager, TCG Global Sustainability is responsible for defining and leading sustainability strategy, regulatory compliance, and execution exclusively for The Pokmon Company International's Trading Card Game (TCG) business. This role ensures the TCG supply chain meets global sustainability regulations, advances environmental impact reduction initiatives, and integrates data-driven sustainability practices across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and packaging. This position operates as the TCG sustainability owner, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Manufacturing, Packaging, and external vendors. The role does not set or own enterprise-wide sustainability policy but instead translates company standards and regulatory requirements into the operationally actionable, TCG-specific strategies and programs.
