Leading the day-to-day operations of the hotel while supporting department leaders in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Partnering with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Monitoring daily operations to identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining the highest service and operational standards.

Supporting department leaders through coaching, problem-solving, and operational guidance that promotes accountability and teamwork.

Responding to guest concerns and operational challenges with professionalism, urgency, and sound judgment.

Coordinating hotel operations during periods of high occupancy, special events, group arrivals, and VIP visits.

Monitoring guest satisfaction scores, operational metrics, and service standards to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Supporting staffing, training, and performance development initiatives that strengthen hotel operations and team engagement.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety procedures, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.

Leading by example while creating a positive, service-driven culture where every team member feels valued and empowered.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Four to six years of progressive hotel or hospitality operations experience required.

Previous supervisory or management experience in a full-service hotel preferred.

Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and guest services.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and supporting operational excellence.

Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze operational performance and implement process improvements.

Experience using hotel property management systems and standard business software preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency situations based on business needs.

Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred, but not required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the hotel during the shift.

Ability to travel between hotel departments, guest areas, meeting spaces, and back-of-house operations as needed.

Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.

Ability to operate computers, telephones, mobile devices, and standard office equipment.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency response situations.

Ability to maintain professionalism while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
