We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Business Partner to own the technology roadmap, selection, implementation, and ongoing support of a General & Administrative (G&A) application portfolio. This role partners closely with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and HR leaders to ensure systems are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with evolving business needs.
This position plays a key role in driving digital transformation across G&A functions by leveraging modern enterprise platforms, AI, automation, and analytics to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
Act as the primary technology partner to G&A stakeholders, shaping and executing a multi-year application roadmap
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning technology strategy with business priorities
Lead enterprise application initiatives, including system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and vendor management
Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, AI, and modern SaaS solutions
Ensure G&A systems meet data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, including SOX compliance
Oversee project delivery to ensure high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective outcomes
Drive change management and adoption of new technologies across the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to enable integrated workflows and data consistency
Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to support continuous improvement and innovation
Manage and develop a small team of IT professionals and external partners
10+ years of experience supporting G&A technologies in an enterprise environment
Strong expertise in financial systems (accounting, procurement, reporting)
Solid experience with HR platforms (HRIS, recruiting, learning systems)
Familiarity with legal applications such as contract lifecycle management tools
Proven success leading enterprise SaaS implementations and system integrations
Strong understanding of data governance, analytics, and reporting tools
Experience operating in SOX-regulated environments and supporting audits
Ability to translate business needs into scalable, practical technology solutions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Hands-on mindset with experience in operational support and troubleshooting
Prior people leadership or team management experience preferred
Experience supporting multi-entity or parent/subsidiary operating models is a plus
