Role Description

Form Energy is hiring a visionary leader to manage a team of Global Supply Managers and oversee the strategic direction of key commodity categories. This role reports into our Director of Global Supply Management. As part of our Supply Chain team, you will not only drive high-level sourcing strategies for our breakthrough iron-air battery technology but also mentor a high-performing team to scale our supply chain as we expand production over the next several years. What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Global Supply Managers; foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
• Oversee the end-to-end sourcing strategy for a broad portfolio of commodities, ensuring alignment with Form's long-term product roadmap and manufacturing scale-up.
• Design and implement a robust supplier risk management framework, identifying second-source opportunities and geopolitical risks to ensure 100% supply continuity.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million dollar master service agreements (MSAs) and long-term supply agreements, optimizing for total cost of ownership, quality, and risk.
• Act as a key liaison between GSM, Engineering, Finance, and Quality leadership to ensure seamless integration of supply chain strategy into the product development process.
• Drive the implementation of scalable GSM tools and processes (e.g., QBRs, supplier scorecards, and cost-modeling templates) to improve departmental efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience directly managing or leading supply chain/procurement professionals in a high-growth hardware or energy environment.
• 7+ years of total experience in strategic sourcing, with a proven track record of managing complex global supply chains and multi-tiered supplier relationships.
• Deep expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of complex commodities, including custom mechanical assemblies (metal stampings, plastic injection moldings, etc) and/or electro-mechanical systems (PCBAs, power electronics, energy conversion hardware, etc).
• Exceptional executive presence; ability to distill complex supply chain risks and strategies into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Expert-level understanding of commercial law and complex contract structures; proven track record of securing favorable terms for multi-million dollar global supply agreements.
• Expert at building scalable inter-departmental change management processes and leading teams through decision-making in dynamic, fluid situations.
• Deep expertise in advanced cost-modeling (Clean Sheet, Should-Cost analysis) and logistics optimization to drive best-in-class pricing and continual cost reductions.
