The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily performance of commuter transportation operations across client campuses, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery. This role serves as a key operational leader, coordinating drivers, dispatchers, and client communications while monitoring compliance with company policies, safety standards, FMCSA regulations, and service level expectations.
