Business Analyst within Capco's Business Consulting practice, you will support retail energy clients by bridging business needs and technology solutions. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, gathering requirements, and delivering high-quality consulting outcomes that improve operational efficiency and support transformation initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and analysis to gather and document business requirements
Develop business requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications
Analyze current vs. future state processes and identify improvement opportunities
Create process models, data models, and business architecture documentation
Produce clear, high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and proposals
Experience as a Business Analyst within retail energy (e.g., billing, CIS, EDI, customer care)
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Experience producing structured consulting deliverables and documentation
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Technology
Experience within a management consulting environment
Exposure to wholesale energy, settlements, or trading
Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and lifecycle management
Experience contributing to business cases, proposals, or pre-sales activities
Basic scripting or technical understanding supporting system analysis
Deliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions
