POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts in a group setting to members of all fitness levels. In this role, you must have a strong desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals through pushing them outside of their comfort zone and building confidence through showing them what they’re capable of. As a Lead Trainer, you are a leader of the gym - training 5-star workouts, developing trainers, and owning gym performance and growth.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Train 16 camps a week minimum
· Hiring, onboarding & scheduling of the training team
· Excellent customer service – Add more value to our members by providing genuine interaction, empathetic engagement, and consistent devotion to your goals and theirs
· Facility management – Assist with maintaining club standards of equipment
· Leverage combination of Burn Boot Camp sales approach and your own personality to drive membership growth
· “Lead up” through identifying areas of opportunity to improve the business and working with leadership team to implement a plan to execute

· Able to work within a team environment
· Execute a positive hiring and shadowing process for new trainers resulting in high retention
· Deliver effective feedback for quality training.

· Coachable
· Able to follow Burn Boot Camp protocol and guidelines
· Able to give clear instruction, proper exercise modification, and challenge clients to achieve their fitness and health goals
· Growth minded
· Dedicated to maintaining personal integrity, client confidentiality and professional standards for best practice
