The Healthcare Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field-related activities, including jobsite safety, cost control, quality assurance, and schedule management across one or more projects, depending on the scope and scale of the work. This position works closely with the management team to ensure project success and maintains regular communication with the Senior Superintendent and/or Project Director. The Superintendent also fosters strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. All daily responsibilities are carried out in alignment with the company's vision, mission, and core values. We are seeking traveling and non-traveling healthcare superintendents!

Minimum requirements include being authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship, having a valid driver's license, 5 years' experience as a commercial construction Superintendent, experience in healthcare commercial construction, experience with AHCA inspections and ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) preferred, self-motivated with the ability to work independently, strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints, ability to meet high-quality standards while meeting aggressive schedules/deadlines, strong leadership skills and personal accountability, ability to read and interpret documents, ability to calculate figures and amounts, ability to solve practical problems, and basic computer skills.
Job responsibilities include understanding and enforcing contractual documents, coordinating and leading the project team, proactively anticipating potential issues, continuously developing leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills, creating, implementing, and monitoring the site logistics and management plan, planning and coordinating daily and weekly work activities, monitoring and maintaining the construction schedule, holding primary responsibility for jobsite safety, maintaining complete and organized site records, managing subcontractor performance, coordinating material procurement and delivery, assisting management in developing bid scopes, supporting project staff with RFIs, understanding and utilizing company policies, participating in ongoing training efforts, ensuring workplace safety, delivering exceptional client service, and performing additional duties as assigned to support project success.
