Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Director of Construction to provide operational leadership, mentorship, and strategic support across its construction management team.
This executive leadership role is designed for a seasoned construction professional who excels at developing people, improving operational consistency, removing obstacles for project teams, and partnering with executive leadership to drive organizational success. Unlike a traditional operations role, this position does not carry direct project management responsibilities. Instead, the Director of Construction serves as a trusted resource and leader for the company's Project Managers and field leadership.
