Inside Sales Representative I – Position Summary:
Engage with inbound sales inquiries and proactively connect with web-generated leads, taking a consultative and empathetic approach to understand the unique needs of seniors and their caregivers. Provide compassionate support by actively listening to concerns related to services, billing, and account management. Guide prospective customers through available solutions, aligning offerings with their individual care needs to improve overall well-being and satisfaction. Build trust through clear communication and personalized recommendations while driving conversion and customer retention.
