Help drive adoption of end-to-end Agile transformation strategy with Lean-Agile ways of working and SAFe as a cornerstone. Advise on operating models and transformation governance. Perform AgilityHealth maturity assessments & recommend strategies to address growth items. Expert in coaching, training, and mentoring roles from leadership to teams on their respective functions within SAFe. Act as role model embodying Agile values, principles, and demonstrating success patterns. Actively facilitate and coach LPM and ART events. Support Agile tooling administration, strategy, and adoption: SAFe for Enterprise, AgilityHealth, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), etc. Help identify and coach champions within functional areas who can evangelize Agile and act as local mentors/coaches in their area. Develop Lean-Agile training materials and deliver content for and to both existing teams and the onboarding of new talent. Help launch and mature Communities of Practices and interaction/pollination across DT and the business. Raise recurring/widely observed issues and bottlenecks to stakeholders; develops and implements comprehensive solutions. Coach organization through change, helping identify and attack organizational impediments which limit team productivity and quality. Help develop and monitor metrics to track Agile adoption and maturity to aid in accelerating overall Agile transformation efforts. Create an environment that values and promotes autonomy, skill mastery, empowerment, transparency, innovation, learning. Foster a fail-safe, fail-fast environment where experiments lead to the best solution. Promote lean thinking principles such as reduced cycle times, limiting work in progress, reduced batch size, understanding of flow, identification of waste/inefficiencies and leading remediation efforts.
