Healthcare Benefits Vehicle allowance 401k Bonus Opportunity PTO Job Details What we are looking for in a Senior Estimator / Business Development Manager: We're not looking for a traditional estimator. We're looking for someone with strong homebuilder relationships across Austin and San Antonio who can help grow the business. The ideal candidate understands residential construction and concrete foundations, has connections with local builders and developers, and can support both business development and estimating efforts. Responsibilities: Leverage existing relationships with production and custom homebuilders across the Austin and San Antonio markets to generate new opportunities and expand the company's customer base. Develop and strengthen relationships with builders, developers, purchasing teams, and other key decision-makers throughout Central Texas. Prepare conceptual budgets, bid proposals, and estimates for residential concrete foundation projects. Work closely with operations to ensure accurate pricing, smooth project transitions, and successful project delivery. Serve as a key face of the company in the market, representing the organization at builder meetings, industry events, and jobsite visits. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in residential construction, concrete foundations, homebuilding, builder sales, estimating, purchasing, or business development. Established relationships with homebuilders, purchasing managers, construction managers, and developers in the Austin/San Antonio market. Strong understanding of residential construction and foundation systems, including slab-on-grade and post-tension foundations. Experience pricing work, developing budgets, reviewing plans, or estimating construction projects. Proven ability to build trust, create opportunities, and help grow a book of business. Self-motivated, relationship-driven professional who enjoys both business development and preconstruction/estimating responsibilities.
