Potential for Partnership (Stake in the Firm) Job Details What You'll Do Partner with healthcare/educational clients and internal teams to deliver impactful architectural solutions across a variety of project types and scales. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective verbal, written, and visual communication. Lead and coordinate project teams and consulting partners through planning, design, documentation, and construction phases. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project goals, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Contribute to the development and refinement of design concepts from initial programming through project completion. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members while fostering collaboration and design excellence. What We're Looking For 8+ years of professional architectural experience, including at least 4 years focused on healthcare projects. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Professional architectural registration preferred; candidates with equivalent experience and qualifications will also be considered. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, project delivery, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Working knowledge of applicable building codes, industry standards, and building systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at various stages of development. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, consultants, and project teams. Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience with healthcare facility planning, regulatory requirements, and licensing standards preferred. Additional experience in education, commercial, or institutional projects is a plus. Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, project management/document control software, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
