Why join us? · Competitive base salary and overall compensation package · Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision · Generous PTO, vacation, sick, and holidays · Life Insurance coverage · 401 (K) with generous company match Job Details Financial Reporting & Compliance: · Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and internal controls. · Oversee financial audits, liaising with external auditors and regulatory agencies. · Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliations. Cost Accounting & Inventory Management: · Oversee Cost Accounting team, managing and analyzing cost structures, variances, and profitability to support pricing and cost-reduction strategies as needed. · Oversee inventory valuation and physical inventory audits. · Collaborate with production teams to track and optimize material, labor, and overhead costs as needed. Process Improvement & Internal Controls: · Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting processes and financial systems. · Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies to mitigate risks. · Support ERP system implementation and continuous improvement of accounting software. Leadership & Team Management: · Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including accounts payable, receivable, and cost accountants. · Provide training, performance evaluations, and career development support for the team. · Foster collaboration between finance, operations, and supply chain teams to align financial goals with business strategies.
