Description
Provide guidance and support as a utility player who specializes in all aspects of the team’s service experience including project engagement, key controls, coaching, analysis and problem resolution. Strong in all aspects of service experience and able to partner effectively with multiple business partners. Support team key performance and risk indicator management, performing analysis, while contributing to recommendations and implementation.Key Responsibilities

In-Office Collaboration

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Base Pay Salary
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $26.15 - $35.96 / hour. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
