Job description

Mission centered FQHC -federally qualified health center seeks a Child / Adolescent Psychiatrist in San Antonio, Texas - 87% retention rates for our providers!

Psychiatrist Benefits:
  • $275,00 300,000 base per year! plus bonus potential after 103% productivity

  • Covered malpractice through Federal Tort Claim Act
  • NHSC and PSLF and Texas Higher Education student loan repayment – $25-35k yr tax free - high HPSA score- 19.
  • Five (5) paid days off for Professional Education annually = 1 week

Twenty-one (21) accrued Paid Time Off days = 4 weeks and 1 day

Eight (8) paid Holidays annually = 1 week and 3 days

About the role Psychiatrist:



  • 3 Psychiatrist, 2 Psych NPs currently.
  • no weekends, no call.
  • 100% outpatient
