Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Marketing Coordinator to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to begin their career while gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer communication, and business development within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and coordinating promotional campaigns.
  • Engage directly with prospective customers during in-person promotional activities.
  • Present products and services clearly and professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information and solutions.
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Participate in promotional events, community outreach, and customer engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospective customers.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to support business opportunities.
  • Assist with promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
  • Support daily marketing activities and promotional schedules.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
