We're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing mobile geriatric primary care team serving assisted living and memory care communities in Decatur and Springfield, Illinois.
✔ Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active Illinois license
✔ DEA registration required
✔ Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
✔ Experience in geriatrics, primary care, long-term care, or internal medicine preferred
✔ New graduates are not being considered at this time
