Wage Range: $64,000 - $72,000/annually
Catholic Charities is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated people leader who is compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware to serve as a Program Manager II overseeing our daytime Minneapolis Opportunity Center. The Mary F. Frey Opportunity Center is an integrated one-stop location connecting adults to critical daytime services to improve their health, income, housing stability, and overall well-being.
This role ensures coordinated, high-quality services delivered in partnership with community organizations such as Ramsey County, Hennepin County Minnesota Community Care, veteran services, and mental-health providers. The Program Manager cultivates a trauma-informed, inclusive environment that fosters dignity and belonging while maintaining strong operational, financial, and compliance standards.
The successful candidate demonstrates collaborative leadership, strong business acumen, and a deep commitment to Catholic Charities' mission of ending homelessness and poverty.
