Staffing based on census Night Shift – 3 rotating Patient Ratios – Multiroom 2-1, bedside 1-1 Type of equipment – Tablo, Prismax, Amia EMR –Meditech Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) –Y
