Assumes responsibility for volunteer program implementation, management, and coordination, in adherence with state, federal, and regulatory agency policies. Plans and implements volunteer training programs and orientation. Establishes recruitment and retention methods to enhance and maintain programs. Participates in outreach networking presentations for community agencies. Coordinates small program(s) with limited budget/impact.
